Extraterrestrial Alphabet

2021 With her project Outer Space Transmitter, Schulzek sends art into space to get in contact with aliens. For this purpose, the artist trained as a radio operator, built a functional radio station, developed an extraterrestrial alphabet and wrote a manifest. Using the alphabet, Schulzek creates text images which medium is electromagnetic and transmits them into space. Thus the images are traveling in universe as unique electromagnetic art images.
